Making delivery option, and Taking and Making delivery option

There are two categories under this service. First one is just making delivery while the other is taking and making delivery.

Making delivery option. Under this option, customer after giving order physically at office makes formal request for doorstep / home delivery. In this case, customer has to come once.

Taking and Making delivery option. Under this option, customer requests by phone or email for taking papers from his / her spot and making doorstep / home delivery. In this case, customer is not in need to come to our office at all.In both cases, we use a standard Form having some information like, customer name, address, contact information for delivery, and details of papers to be delivered with no confusion.

Please note that we provide Doorstep / Home taking and making Delivery in Dhaka city only while we have courier / postal delivery option both in and outside Dhaka city. Service Charges Taka 200 to 500 for this given the distance.

Order planning

For each order, no matter how large or small, Project Manager uses a range of evaluation parameters to select most appropriate translator and enters a record in an electronic calendar establishing a guaranteed date for delivery. PM then drafts order specifications developing tools through which he and the translator can interact to improve the productivity of translation and decrease the possibility of errors.

The best way to guarantee excellent result and competitive price is, first and foremost, to choose the right translator for right work. We focus on achieving both “quality and quantity”. We invest heavily for great translators.

Quality assurance

Generally, every order is checked for spelling and basic grammar. In addition, based on the plan selected, another translator reviews the entire project. More than 50% orders are read by a Reviewer who assesses the work carried out and assigns a quality index to the translator’s work. To guarantee uniformity of style and terminology, if the order allows for it, the translator uses glossaries, online help and shared dictionaries.

Final delivery

Project Manager directly handles to update the project status and deliver the translated document and invoicing. He provides the client support. He works as the link between the Client and the Translator for entire pre-production, on-production and post-production phases of an order.

Notary public attestation

Attestation by a Notary Public on translated documents is mandatory  for submitting to the Embassies or foreign offices, especially, for Visa purpose. We have dedicated and reliable Notary Public service. Customers need to be highly cautious about such attestation services from unfamiliar sources.

Translation tailor-made for your visit/study program

We offer a complete solution package with proper documentation keeping. To summarize, firstly, our professional translator carefully translates your set of documents, then secondly, that translations are  printed on VoiceLSP’s letterhead pad, then thirdly, that translator puts his/her signature and seal on the translation in letterhead, then fourthly, a credible Notary Public attests the translated and the whole set of documents.

In this carefully processed formalities, we have to maintain some procedures, particularly, for the benefit of the customers. To sum up, we enclose the photocopy of the source document with the translated document. Then we complete them with the necessary seals on it, such as, translated from the original or photocopy seal, seen original or photocopy seal, translator’s certificate and seal, document identification number (in case the visa or foreign offices inquire about the documentation or any related information).

At VoiceLSP, we follow the price ranges based on the subject matter, linguistic complexity, table and formatting of the source documents. Customers have to bear in mind that the table and format in the source document cannot always be maintained in the exact form.
When we quote a per page pricing, it should be made clear that the per page pricing is usually quoted presuming an ideal page as stated below:
  • A4-size page
  • Times New Roman / Arial font with 12/11 font size
  • 1.50″ or more page margins
  • 1.5 or more line spacing
  • Plain write up without table, figure or formatting work

It’s  relevant to mention that such an ideal page should contain around 200 words or so. If your page contains more or less words or has table, figure or formatting work, the charge for your page should also be more or less accordingly.
